Instead of saying goodbye to snacking forever, it’s best to reward yourself with a low carb substitute. For me, this meant finding low carb chips. Even though I’m always conscious of my health and make it a point to stay fit and active, I am a couch potato at heart. Like many people, I love sitting on the couch with a bag of chips and a good movie, and I wasn’t ready to give up this routine.
To stay motivated, I found some great snack products and easy recipes that I could make no matter how busy I was. This allowed me to find lower carb substitutes for some of my favorite foods and try new foods that kept my diet interesting.
