Sometimes when eating low-carb it can seem like the only other option is to go high dairy, cheese, or milk. This is… not the most appealing option for a lot of us. Dairy, or at least the mass-produced, high GMO kind you can find in most grocery stores is riddled with problems on its own.

Fortunately, it is possible to eat a low carb and dairy-free or low dairy diet. I’m not gonna lie. It’s not the easiest thing, but it is possible.

See soy-based foods or pack on the protein with eggs and avocado. This diet doesn’t have to be terrible if you don’t let it! Let’s have some fun :)
